Dear Vendor,

Included in this guide is most of the information you will need to have a pleasant and successful vending experience at ONENESS FEST.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you anytime during the event. Look for volunteers that can help answer your questions or direct you to management. If you are unable to locate a staff member, you can stop by the AWAKE: Oneness Tribe booth.

AWAKE: Oneness Tribe is here to facilitate a smooth vending experience. If you have questions or need assistance prior to the event, please contact providers@awakeonenesstribe.org.

Arrival at the Park

If you have purchased camping passes, the campground will be open for arrivals 5pm-9pm on opening night Friday, June 22nd, 2024. Please be mindful of your fellow campers, and arrive with enough time to set up your tent before the activities begin. If you would like to get a head start on setting up your vendor booth Friday night, you are welcome to do so.

The gates open at 7am on Saturday, June 2nd, 2024. Please allow sufficient time to set up your booth. Vendors must be set up by 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday. The Vendor Village and Relaxation Station open to the public at 10am.

Check-In Procedure

When you arrive, you will need to check in at the Vendor Village Cashier & Info Booth in front of the main pavilion. Present your Vendor Registration ticket that was attached to your confirmation email.

For increased security, we also require that you SHOW A PHOTO ID at the time of check-in. You will be given a Vendor Village map, program/schedule information and your Vendor Badges when you check-in.

Vendor Badges

Each Vendor is issued up to four Vendor Badges per booth registration. Need more? No problem, you can order more prior to the event! These badges will allow you and your team access to the Vendor Village, Relaxation Station, and Vendor Classes.

They will not be specific to a name so that they can be distributed to your team throughout move-in/move-out as necessary. DO NOT LOSE THEM. Replacement badges purchased during the event will be charged a fee equal to one-half the full cost of entry to the festival.

Please note that these credentials must be worn in order to gain access to the vendor area during move-in/move-out hours.

Configuration & Setup

Tables and chairs are not included in the rental of a Vendor Booth space. You are renting the space, unless you have purchased the table rental as an add-on. Please bring your own chairs.

Vendor Booth: Each booth measures approximately 8’x8’. You are welcome to configure your booth to best suit your needs.

Main Vending Table: If your vendor registration includes a table rental, we will provide a 6’ table. If you opted to bring your own, please ensure your main vending table (the table that faces the walking paths) is no more than 6 feet in length.

Power: If your vendor registration includes power supply, you will have access to one outlet via an extension cord run to your booth.  You are encouraged to bring any additional supplies you may need to sufficiently distribute power in your vendor area. (Surge Protectors, Splitters and Additional Extension Cords)

Food & Food Vendors

You are welcome to bring food into ONENESS FEST. Please be mindful that ONENESS FEST is an alcohol-free event. A food truck will be parked on either side of the Vendor Village. There will also be food available for purchase at the kitchen located near the Safety Officic, located near the bathroom complex just beyond the soccer fields.

On-Site Facilities

  • There will be portable restrooms located near the Vendor Village. You may find it useful to bring a roll of toilet paper, just in case.

  • The site has a male and female bathroom facility with flush toilets and sinks for hand washing. Be advised it is a long walk from the Vendor Village to get to the bathroom facility. Cold water spigots are near the caretaker's residence.

  • Be advised, there are no shower facilities at the campground. Beginning for ONENESS FEST 2024, we will be renting a trailer-based shower facility with 8 showers.

  • Cell phone service is available throughout the campground and surrounding area.

  • Dumpsters are located around the site for you to deposit your bagged trash. There is no recycling in this area; please consider taking your recycling back home with you!

  • Please bring a flashlight (with extra batteries) to light your way around the campground.

  • Bagged ice will be available for purchase Saturday at 8am and 6pm at the Information Booth

Minors

If you plan to bring a minor, be advised that you are responsible for the supervision of the minor.

There will be a special area dedicated for children, the Kids Korner, open during Vending hours. We ask that you do not leave a minor unattended in the Vendor Village or Relaxation Station.
