VOLUNTEERING

ONENESS FEST would not be possible without our volunteers! We appreciate the patience everyone has had while the event has grown over the past years and we figured out how best to thank our volunteers for their support and contributions. 

 

We want everyone in our community to be able to participate in a way that matches both their budgets and interests, while balancing the financial reality to produce a festival at this scale. There are multiple options for community members wishing to volunteer their time and help contribute their energy to this event, that align with each person’s desired level of engagement.

 

Volunteering is a great way to be part of the action and build strong relationships with community members. People that value Service, understand that it has a reciprocity to it. You always get out what you put in.

 

Each volunteer will need to purchase a discounted ticket based upon the volunteer option they've selected below. 

 

Our ticket fees help us to remain financially solvent while rewarding volunteers for their hard work and contribution to this community event. Proceeds from the volunteer tickets go towards covering ONENESS FEST'S fixed costs such as; volunteer perks, venue rental, permits, tent rentals, bathroom rentals, supplies, decorations, signage, marketing, printing, insurance, entertainment, sound equipment, golf cart rentals, storage, etc...

Discounts applied to General Admission ticket cost. Volunteer Tickets are issued by a separate website NOT from main event ticketing. You will receive a link for ticket purchase along with your coupon code for applicable discount, once you have claimed your desired shifts.

TEACH A WORKSHOP

 

Are you an ESTABLISHED health/wellness/spiritual/paranormal facilitator? You can teach a workshop at ONENESS FEST in one of the three main workshop tents, or in one of the camps. Teaching a workshop is a great way to introduce you and your business to the hundreds of participants each year.

 

The Discount for Workshop Hosts Is 50%

Teaching one, 1-hr Workshop, counts as one, 4-hour Citrine volunteer shift. Maximum 50% discount per ticket.

OTHER DISCOUNT OPTIONS

 

If you are NOT volunteering, but still would like to contribute your energy and support to the festival in exchange for a discount… Help us get the word out! We can create a customized 11%-Off coupon code that you can distribute on social media and to your community. Earning a discount equal to the number of tickets sold.  

 

• Bronze: 25% off your General Admission ticket for selling FOUR tickets via a unique coupon code

• Silver: 50% off your General Admission ticket for selling SIX tickets via a unique coupon code 

 

• Gold: 75% off your General Admission ticket for selling EIGHT tickets via a unique coupon code

 

• Platinum: 100% off your General Admission ticket for selling TEN tickets via a unique coupon code

 

Coupon codes are only valid for: ‘All Access’ Tickets (Whole Festival, Saturday Only and Sunday Only) and will not work for VIP or Evening Entertainment tickets.

 

NOTE: All tickets must be sold TWO WEEKS prior to the event start date. Tickets sold after that will not be counted. We will let you know three weeks out how many tickets you have sold. We will not be able to respond to requests asking “how many tickets have been sold with my coupon code.” As you could imagine, that would be a very time consuming task to keep up with. Selling less than FOUR tickets will not count toward a discount.
