EVENING GALA

5pm-Midnight

SPIRITUAL GIFT EXCHANGE

Think 'White Elephant' but this time you get what you want. Bring a gently loved spiritual items (as many as you want); books, crystals, incense, altar items, statues, posters, art, etc. You will be given tickets for every item you bring.

Once all of our guests have arrived for the evening and all the items have been collected, we will set up a 'storefront' for you to go shopping and exchange your tickets for new-to-you items.

RECEPTION

5pm - 6pm

Join us as the evening begins. Drop off your item (if you brought one) for the 'Spiritual Gift Exchange.' Then grab a sparkling cider flute from the champagne wall and enjoy it while watching the ice sculpture competition with a backdrop of Christmas carolers. And don't forget to stop in Santa's Workshop for a clever Instagram experience.

ICE SCULPTURE CONTEST

5pm - 6pm

During the reception, the talented Frost Artisans of Nadeau's Ice Sculptures will be in residence crafting two unique frozen works of art. Enjoy the intricacy of their craft as you sip your hot cocoa. After the dinner, the audience will vote on their favorite statue.

Todd is a gifted presenter, musician, philosopher and entertainer. He will lead us on a journey of hope and holiday cheer. Reminding us to find our light during the dark days of winter.

Anne Onute Savickas

Our very own, Director of Stewardship, leads the group in a burning bowl ritual. Winter is a time to examine the shadow and let go of that which no longer serves us. In perfect stewardship fashion, Anne will take us on an introspective journey and aid in purging the dark so that the light has more space for bringing joy in the year to come.

DINNER: BAKED POTATO BAR

7:30pm - 9:30pm

Enjoy a dinner amongst new friends and load your baked potato with all the fixins'. We will have all the accoutrements out to load that potato to its capacity. While you eat, we will be calling folks to the 'Spiritual Gift Exchange' storefront to trade those tickets in for some awesome items. Additionally, enjoy performances from the Christmas Carolers, Muriel Reymond and Paul Grosso. And watch out the mischievous elves. They will be leaving lumps of coal if they see you misbehaving.

Paul Grosso aka Musical Mindset

A multi-talented musician and sound healer who combines the power of live looping with a diverse range of instruments and genres. With a background rooted in Greek culture. Paul began his musical journey at a young age, mastering the darbuka and incorporating his upbringing sounds into his unique compositions. From native flute to jar harp, harmonica, didgeridoo, and his own vocals, Paul creates an immersive sound healing experience for each individual.

Muriel Reymond

Born in France, Muriel was introduced to music at an early age. She was trained as a classical singer, learned how to play violin, viola as well as recorder. Music is for her a language that touches everybody without the need of words: a universal way of connectedness. Muriel loves to empower people through Sound Healing with the Voice, and sharing her original songs accompanied by frame drum & ukulele.

GLOW PAINT ECSTATIC DANCE
-ELECTRIC FOREST-

9:30pm - Midnight

We kick this dance off with a movement and centering from Matthew Stackowicz, who is traveling to us from South Bend, Indiana to teach us to sway like the trees.

Then... let's paint ourselves with the provided glow paint, flip the blacklights on and get this party started! Kohl Mayberry will help us enmesh ourselves in the spirit of the moment and guide us on our journey through the electric forest.

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance states and a feeling of ecstasy.

LIVE Intuitive PAINTING

ALL EVENING

The talented intuitive artist Kathleen Brigidina will be 'tuning in' and painting in real time, a psychic rendering of the spiritual energy behind the event. Stop by and watch as the Spirit realm is brought forth in physical reality on her canvas. We will auction her work of art off at the end of the evening. And the lucky winner will be able to bring the essence of community we create together this evening into their home.
