Community
com·mu·ni·ty (ko-ˈmyü-nÉ™-tÄ“)
A feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.

We are re-connecting to our roots. AWAKE: Oneness Tribe, was originally founded as a weekly potluck club. When community gathers for a meal, magic happens.

The most common question we get... "What should I bring?" The advice we give; get creative, imagine you are bringing something that you want to eat and sharing it with others that might love it as much as you do. The best thing to remember is, we only have what people bring.

We put together some lists below to assist in your process of gathering items. We have a full commercial kitchen. Any items can be grilled or stove/oven cooked.
Each adult attendee is required to bring 7lbs of food items, fresh produce or meat (3.5lbs if attending on a day pass). Have more to bring? We welcome extra.
A $33 fee will be charged at the gate for those that were not able to bring food to contribute. This money will be used to purchase food.

Access to the communal kitchen is FREE and open to all attendees. Meat is prepared/cooked in a separate area from vegetarian items.

OUR KITCHEN TEAM
They say, it takes a village... And it takes an amazing team to feed that village. Here are the folks and organizations you have to thank for coordinating the communal kitchen at Oneness Fest

She comes to us all the way from Austin, TX. As an Old Student of Vipassana, Mika has run the communal kitchens during courses as well at other festivals. We are excited to have her on the team!
